Take a Day Cruise to Smith Island and Tangier Island. Full day or half day adventure that depart right from the city pier daily and are just a short ride to the island that are only accessible by boat.. Once on the islands you can rent a golf cart and explore the island, see wild life in a setting exclusive to the area, have lunch and maybe find room for a local specialty, Smith Island Cake. No it is not store bought and Only can be found here.
Explore Jane’s Island Park, just a few minutes by boat from the condo or a 3 minute ride by car or cab. This is a treasure on the Chesapeake and in itself could be worth the entire trip. Rent a Kayak and tour the wetlands beauty and get close to nature in a way you will not find anywhere else. Sandy beaches, walking trails and comfort facilities make Jane’s Island State Park a Must Experience when vacationing in Crisfield.
Boating Facilities such as a town park and launch your boat ramp that can handle 4 boats being launched at the same time and more than 60 trucks and trailers. The city managed marina of Summers Cove has transient slip rental, parking for trucks and trailers, is just a 3 minute walk or one minute car ride to the condos.
Boating Services and supplies available in town for your unexpected boating needs are just a few minutes away.
Bait and Tackle shops with the Locals Knowledge of where to fish, what is running and what the fish are biting are just down the street. Do Not be in a hurry. They love to fill you in on all the hot spots and will get out the charts to show you what is happening in their bay.
